Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

Regulations require landlords to have an Electrical Inspection Condition Report by a qualified electrician every 5 years or when a new tenant moves into the property to ensure their rented properties are safe.

Remedial Works

Once the inspection has been completed you will be issued with a report along with any costs of remedial works that may need to be done.

  • Code 1 (C1): Danger present. Risk of injury. Immediate remedial action required.
  • Code 2 (C2): Potentially dangerous. Urgent remedial action required.
  • Further investigation (FI): Further investigation required
  • Code 3 (C3): Improvement recommended.
